I had the wonderful opportunity to write a musical that involved a whole community of children and adults. The Mother's Tree provided 350 children the opportunity to help create this musical. Six professional artists from all disciplines worked with and inspired the students to express their creativity in every imaginable way. It culminated in two performances at the Algonquin Theatre in Huntsville, ON. Almost a thousand folks from the community had the opportunity to see it. This experience was, and still is, one of the highlights of my creative life thus far.

The second grade students at Spruce Glen Primary School in Huntsville, ON.  drew over ninety images for this play. These images were then computer manipulated by fifth grade students and then projected onto a rear stage screen during the performance of the musical.
